Claude LeBlanc is President and CEO of Ambac Financial Group, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange-listed holding company that owns and operates an array of property and casualty insurance businesses. He is also a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Mr. LeBlanc joined Ambac in 2017, and since then has led Ambac through a holistic transformation, winding down its legacy financial guarantee business and reshaping Ambac into a specialty P&C insurance platform. Prior to joining Ambac, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Restructuring Officer of Syncora Holdings Ltd. from 2010 through 2016. Mr. LeBlanc joined Syncora as an Executive Vice President in 2006. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at XL Capital Ltd., where he led global corporate development initiatives, oversaw and managed significant capital market transactions, and was responsible for global strategy development and capital management. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. LeBlanc holds a BA in Economics from York University, a BComm from the University of Windsor and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business. He is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant.

Dan Magliocco has over 32 years of FMCG experience with a proven track record in leading people, portfolio and transformation efforts to create enterprise value.

Since June 2024, Dan has served as President of Danone North America. Previously, he spent 5 years as President of Danone Canada, where he led the successful transformation of our Canadian business – delivering significant multi-year growth, accelerating competitiveness, and building new capabilities – all while deepening connections with our customers, consumers and broader stakeholders, and driving sustained engagement levels ahead of FMCG norms.

Prior to joining Danone, Dan was President of Mondelez Canada between 2012-2016. In this role, Dan implemented key enterprise transformation efforts to materially step change margin progression and portfolio simplification, while sustaining high colleague engagement.

Dan spent over 11 years with Kraft Foods, where he led Strategy & Innovation as well as major enterprise initiatives for Canada, including the divestiture of the pizza business, integration of the Cadbury business, and the eventual split of Kraft Foods. Dan also held various Category VP leadership roles for Coffee, Beverages, and Desserts.
Early in his career, Dan worked at Nabisco Canada as well as at Alberto-Culver, where he held roles in marketing and insights.

Dan was born in Toronto and holds both Bachelors and Masters Business degrees from the Schulich School of Business. He has held a number of board positions including The Food Health & Consumer Products Association (FHCP) where he sat as an executive chair; the Dairy Processors of Canada; and the Grocery Foundation of Canada.
Dan is a high-energy, purpose-driven, and people-centered leader. He prides himself on modeling the Danone values and behaviors, and is committed to driving a high-performing, collaborative culture.

Anna Ewing is a board member, investor and technology leader, specializing in digital transformation and Financial Services technology solutions. Anna has established and led multiple industry-leading business units at Nasdaq, CIBC and Merrill Lynch in Canada and the US.

Anna is currently a Board member of Financeware LLC, a leading technology provider to the wealth management industry; and RIMES Technologies, a leader in financial data services to the investment management community. Previously, Anna served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Nasdaq, where she played a key role in repositioning Nasdaq as a leading global technology company and dominant player in the exchange technology space.

Anna is the recipient of Dell’s Transformational CIO Award; the Trader’s Magazine Women on Wall Street Excellence in Leadership Award; and she has achieved top rankings among Global Financial Technology Executives by Institutional Investor.

Anna supports women entrepreneurs as a mentor and angel investor with Astia Angels, and serves on the New York Hall of Science, Board of Trustees to support STEM education for K-12 students.

Anna received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics at York University, and her MBA at Schulich School of Business, York University in Toronto.

Katherine Homuth is the Founder, CEO, and Chair of SRTX, North America’s leading material science and smart manufacturing company powering the next generation of apparel. SRTX is best known for Sheertex, a rip-resist knit made from one of the world’s strongest polymers, which has grown to become the #1 selling tights in the United States. SRTX employs over 300 people in Canada, shipping millions of units annually, and operating two Montreal factories. Katherine has raised over $200M USD in venture capital from institutional investors including H&M Group, Founders Fund, Y Combinator, BDC, EDC and many more. SRTX is also backed by notable angel investors such as Chip Wilson, Serena Williams, Michele Romanow, and Joe Mimran. Prior to starting SRTX in 2017 Katherine founded, led, and sold two businesses; ShopLocket, a pre-order platform for hardware, sold to PCH International in 2014 and Female Funders, an online education program for female investors, acquired in 2017 by Highline Beta. Katherine is the author of O’Reilly Media’s Funded, An Entrepreneur’s Guide to Raising Your First Round. Katherine is also an angel investor, a proud graduate and mentor for the Creative Destruction Lab, and frequent industry speaker on fundraising, manufacturing and startups. Throughout her entrepreneurial career Katherine has received numerous accolades including the Governor General’s Award for Innovation, Forbes 30 Under 30 in Manufacturing, Canada’s Top 40 Under 40, Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women, and Winner of the Startup World Cup.
