Tony Staffieri is the President and CEO of Rogers Communications, one of the most iconic communications, sports, and entertainment companies in the world. Since becoming CEO in 2022, he has improved the operating performance of the company and has delivered on industry leading operating and financial metrics over his tenure.

Staffieri led the transformative acquisition of Shaw Communications, catapulting Rogers to become the largest Cable company in Canada in addition to being the country’s largest wireless carrier and leading Media company. He also led the acquisition of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, which will make Rogers one of the largest sports companies in the world.

A strategic visionary and disciplined operator, Staffieri remains steadfastly focused on delivering more for customers, investing in the fan experience, and delivering on commitments to shareholders. In 2026, he stewarded the launch of Screen Break, a five-year, $50 million commitment to help tackle the growing issue of excessive screen time with young Canadians.

Prior to Rogers, Tony held senior leadership positions with a number of leading firms including Price WaterhouseCoopers, Celestica International and Bell Canada. Staffieri is Deputy Chair of the Board of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE), serves on the board of CableLabs, and is an Honorary Board Member of Toronto Metropolitan University, where he previously served as Chair of the Board of Governors and holds an Honorary Doctorate of Laws.

Prafulla’s career has spanned program management, regulatory change, governance, controls, and operating model design. Her roles have involved translating complex regulatory requirements into practical, scalable business solutions and delivering cross-border programs in highly regulated environments.

Margaret Eaton served as the National CEO of the Canadian Mental Health Association from 2020 to 2025. CMHA, at 106 years old, is the most extensive and established community mental health federation in the country. Margaret led the organization through COVID at a moment when Canada’s mental health issues were acute, driving record national funding to support mental health programs and leading a reimagining of the federation and the National office. Under her leadership, CMHA promoted universal mental health care as a human right. In 2021, Margaret was named one of the Hill Times’ Top 100 Lobbyists and CMHA ranked in the top ten from 2021 to 2024 on the Forbes’ list of Canada’s Best Employers.

Margaret earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University majoring in arts and media management.

Her career in arts management included marketing and fundraising roles with the Stratford Shakespeare Festival, The Royal Conservatory of Music and Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra. She was General Manager of Magazines Canada and Executive Director of the Association of Canadian Publishers, the national voice of Canadian-owned book publishers.

In 2006, Margaret made a career change to focus on leadership roles in social services. Margaret served as President of ABC Life Literacy Canada, a national adult and family literacy organization. Subsequently, she was Executive Director of the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC), championing solutions to better integrate immigrants in the labour market.

She has volunteered as a mentor for the Canadian Marketing Hall of Legends and for TRIEC, and as a board member and advisor for many not-for-profit organizations in immigration, literacy and the arts. She has led sponsorship groups to welcome and support three refugee families to come to Canada. In 2012, she was awarded a Diamond Jubilee medal for contributions to literacy and culture. In 2025 she was awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal for contributions to mental health in Canada.

Keith Loo is the CEO and Co-Founder of Skinopathy, a Canadian health AI company focused on improving the detection, management, and treatment of skin diseases, wounds, and cancers. Skinopathy works with healthcare organizations, pharmaceutical companies, and government partners to expand access to care through responsible artificial intelligence.
A Schulich School of Business alumnus, Keith has spent more than 25 years building technology ventures and advancing innovation across healthcare, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. He serves as Vice Chair of the Aurora Economic Development Corporation, is a member of the Advisory Committee for Schulich’s MBA in Technology Leadership program, and serves on the Board of Directors of Southlake Residential Care Village.
Keith is passionate about supporting the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs. He is an active mentor, advisor, and volunteer across Schulich, York University, Aurora, and the broader York Region community. Keith believes entrepreneurship is ultimately about creating positive impact and remains committed to advancing healthcare, innovation, and economic growth in Canada.
